Jordan has always had an invested interest in cars and mechanics which led him to start working at KTCI right out of high school. He became full-time in 2011 as an Automotive Technician.  In June 2020 Jordan took the role as Charley’s Shop Manager.

Michelle is a lifetime resident of Kennebec and has worked with much of the local public.  Michelle was hired by Kennebec Telephone Co., Inc. in June of 2020 to help serve the customer needs at Charley’s.

Bodie started part-time in December 2018.
He attended and graduated from LATI and became full-time at Charley's in May
2020.

LEE KERCHER

Automotive Technician

Lee worked at Wilrodt Motor Co. for 32 years before coming to work at Charley’s Welding & Auto in August 2019.

Casey started as a part-time auto technician in May 2019. He is attending Lake Area Technical College to earn his degree as an Automotive Technician and plans to come back to Kennebec to work full-time when he graduates in May 2021.

RONALD PICKNER

Automotive Technician

Ronnie gained automotive experience while working with his father  at their family business as he was growing up. He continued working at “Pickner Bussing” over the years until he joined the Charley’s Auto team in January 2002.

Dean has worked off and on for Kennebec Telephone Co., Inc. since August 2007.  Dean started as a construction worker and more recently has worked part-time at Chamberlain NAPA as a NAPA Auto Care Specialist.  In July 2020, he became a full-time employee again and is working at Charley’s as a NAPA Auto Care Specialist.
